Shipping & Delivery Information:

Estimated Delivery Time is 10-25 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 2 days.

Please note: That if you’ve ordered more than 2 different items, you might not get all of them at the same time due to varying locations of our storehouses partners.

Our store ships to more than 200 countries. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

1. Weight and dimensions of a package
2. Place of Dispatch
3. Destination
4. Freight

Please make sure you want the item, we are unable to support cancellations.
Buyer is responsible for address entered, we do not support address changes.

Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example, DHL takes 9-12 business days while EMS takes 10-15 business days,E-Packet(China post) 15-25 business days,Priority Direct Mail 8-12 business days.

Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Shipping costs.

The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart.The cost of regular shipping is 4.95$ or Free

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. Please understand that.But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.

We request that you check some things on your end first:
Please verify this is your current mailing address because this is the address on the order.


Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! I’ve done it to myself!

If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with the tracking number (XXXXXXX) and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

In the meantime, I will file a loss report with the US Postal Inspector. Sometimes they are helpful in finding missing packages within the postal system, especially when the local post office is claiming to have delivered your package. If they are unable to help us, we will refund your money.

Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order.  Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!

Returns & Refunds

Purchases can be returned within 30 days of proof of purchase.

A customer returning a purchase is responsible for paying return shipping/mailing costs. If a customer is returning an item because it arrived damaged, or because the customer received the wrong item, the customer will not be charged a shipping fee.
